Hi Everyone,

Thank you for arriving at this point of the series!  I took a deep breath before I posted this project and truly hope that it will help you achieve your personal and/or digital goals in 2012.  I enjoy blogging as much as doing digital scrapbooking.  This year, I decided to come up with a project I could manage easily.  Well, it's grown because I am extending and sharing it with others now which will really forge me on to achieving my own personal goals for 20TWELVE PHOTOS + PHRASES!

I am from the Dallas, Texas suburbs and have lived here for over 25 years!  I love everything about Texas except the summer heat!  My husband, Marty, is an IT Mainframe Consultant.  Which means as far as the PC, I am on my own!  He encourages and supports my love for digi.  We have 3 children that I blogged about in my Christmas post who are 24, 21, 18.   Two daughters and a son.  Love them dearly and we are almost empty nesters!  My how things have changed!  I was a soccer mom for about 19 years and have been a golf mom now for about 4.

Digi was introduced to me from working on my kids teams banquet slideshows.  It kind of threw me into Photoshop, Photography and ProShow Gold!  I have a small boutique website where I sell digital products, kits, templates and albums.  I just finished Halloween which was cute cute cute!  And am getting ready to introduced a new album that will be awesome for little girls!  It's adorable!

Really looking forward to getting to know you all!  I hope that you will join me and enjoy this series of Papier Scissors Rock photoshop projects.

My 3 Goals -

1.  Photography Knowledge
2.  Photographic Subjects {not just sports and holidays!!!!! oiyyyyy!}
3.  Inspiring Others to Achieve Their Goals

Secondary Goals -

1.  Organize My House: Includes completing Master Bath
2.  Doing More Things on my Bucket List like travel
3.  Getting to know more friends along the way!

I will be introducing some weekly templates for the month and more "Phrases" embellishment freebies! You bring your photos, desired kits to use and we will create a beautiful project for 20TWELVE.

Or, follow along and simply do one like mine for YOU!

I am Kerry, very quirky and crazy but fun and wild.  I am from Kansas city suburbs.

I work full time at the local trauma hospital providing blood to patients.  I keep very busy at work, however my job is soo not creative.  So I am a crazy scrapper when I am not at work.  I even try to get my creative fix while at work by sneaking onto the web for alittle creative inspiration.

I am married to my dh of nearly 13 years.  We have been together for 20 years, which makes us sound very old.  We met at the age of 16, so we are just long timers.  My hubby is also a computer nerd, so I know how it feels to being married to someone that love pc's.  Ugh.  We don't have children of our own, but have a very spoiled furbaby.

I have been a digital scrapper for about six years and a paper scrapper for many before that.  I even taught at Archiver's locally when I paper scrapped.  I was so glad to find digital scrapping, it is much cheaper and I can do sooo many more things.  I am a grungy scrapper and love the idea of a monthly project to work on.  I have never been big on making sure I get something done every single day.  Which is why P365 never seem to work for me.  I can do it for several months and then I miss a few days and out the windows it goes.  I can't wait to get started on this monthly adventure.

2012 goals:
1.  More photography.  Get out and get those memorable moments on film.
2.  Learn to cook.  Hey, a girl can dream.
3.  Cherish each day and live to the fullest.
3.  Scrap with heart.  Make each layout meaningful and personal.

Welcome to the Forum and Creatif Team, Kerry!

Glad to have such an avid digital scrapbooker join in and will be posting your profile soon!  I really like how you cut and added the 3*Word Snippet freebies to the right side.  The changes make it look like an album or journal, which is very cool.  And don't you luv that sparkly circle? :D

Very sweet!
